Bloody Proxy Scraper got a full revamp not so long ago. There were issues with the old build so he refactored all the code. Now it's back.
There is also a built-in proxy checker. Just edit config.json to your liking and enjoy!

Most proxy sources are really bullshit. If anyone wants to do the owner a favor and remove dead/pointless URLs from data/sources.py, feel free to PR.
