1. Download the FUPS app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
   
2. Upon opening the app, click on the 3 dots at the top right corner, then the first option, and then change the language to English if you wish to do so.
   
3. Next, click on Register and fill out your name and surname (you can use a fake name) or scroll down and you can choose to register with Apple, Google, or Facebook. Toggle the third switch to agree to their ToS and click Start.
   
4. Enter your email.
   • You can use an email hiding service like Apple's Hide My Email (need iCloud+ subscription) or DuckDuckGo's Email Protection (free).
     • Tip: Use ddgep.vercel.app/email to avoid installing their extension.
       
5. Enter the verification code you got to continue to the next step.
   
6. Now you need to enter a mobile number. You can try to use your own number, however, that may not always work. So use one of the SMS services linked above.
   
7. Once that's done, you have created a FUPS account and you can use the app, you might need to follow any other on-screen instructions.
   

Step 2 — Adding a credit card
In order to add a credit card, you will need to buy one from a reseller. Since you probably don't live in Turkey if you're following this guide.

• I personally used plati.io/itm/fups-card-turkish-card-for-psn-xbox-spotify/3565417 to buy the card and paid with PayPal. You can search for any other reseller if you wish.
  

1. Once you got the card info, add it to FUPS by going to the "Transactions" tab, then "New Card" and "Identify Card". Scan the QR code of the card or type the code manually.
   
2. Once that's done, you have a Turkish (V)CC ready to be used!
   

Note: The great thing about FUPS is that it has 3DS support, meaning that any purchase you do with it you must authenticate via the app.

Step 3 — Topping up the credit card
You of course need some money on the card in order to pay. There are several ways to get money on it, like bestchange, binance, plati.io services like plati.io/itm/-fups-turkish-psn-xbox-telegram/3505266 (but you lose like 50% of what you pay). The most efficient way and fastest way that I found was using Revolut.

1. In Revolut go to the "Transfer" tab, tap "+ New" and then tap "Card recipient".
   
2. Enter your FUPS credit card number and follow any on-screen instructions you get.
   
3. Once you get to the step where you need to enter the amount, change the currency to TRY. There is no minimum amount you need to send, there is a maximum tho which I will get to it later.
   
4. Once you did that, press continue and follow any on-screen instructions you get.
   
5. it will usually arrive in FUPS between 5-10 minutes after it's sent. Once arrived, you can use it to buy things like Nitro for very cheap. I got myself yearly Nitro for 12€ instead of paying 9,99€ monthly.
   

Note: FUPS does have a maximum amount of 2750 TRY per month for Standard Account type (for topping up, maximum balance, and spending limit), and that averages to about 128,33€ or 140,39$ at the time of writing. You could upgrade your account to a Verified Account type to increase the limits, but you need a Turkish ID for that, not sure where you will get that.
