I haven't done anything yet. I asked because he told me on Telegram he was not replying anymore, but it looks like he did. There are other devs on my team whom I haven't paid for 2 months because he is refusing to pay. It's not just the one that @CatProxies thinks. If it's needed, I can also prove it by the chats I have had with my team on WhatsApp. The one he sent screenshots about is an extra developer I had to hire temporarily and not even focusing on his project, so that just proves I had more staff than he paid at some point.

About the security update, there is no better proof than the code itself, server & Cloudflare account. Which I can't access at all because he changed the passwords everywhere. Their security is good, the reason I can easily access their systems is because I have access to confidential information, not because they're not secure. They told me they had proof Cloudflare was not configured but luckily I did that myself to get it done as soon as possible. My staff didn't configure Cloudflare, so I know for a fact I configured it. As I have mentioned, it had settings that were turned on by default to off. I had to re-enable everything. It's straight-up lies...

What do you mean by the work was done so badly? I said that for his old developers. Not for mine. What more do you want to deduct from the amount? You already removed 1 month of work from me. It probably makes 10 of their screenshots useless. And I can do the same with the rest of the things they have said if they are made public. They are just working with what little misinformation they can spread. Please don't negotiate with terrorists. They are literally keeping my money and the money of my team and developers locked just like terrorists and you are listening to their negotiations. Why should they pay 800$ if they think they are right? If what they are saying it's true, then they should demand paying 0. They are keeping the money hostage, spending it however they want, continuing to operate their business with 0 issues, and even have the audacity to even think that I should pay, while I have to deal with them instead of continuing to work on other orders because they spread lies and don't want to pay what they owe me. I don't know how ungrateful a person you should be to get such a generous decision by you to only pay 4000 EUR instead of 8000 EUR and still refuse. What do you even mean @Darkness... I haven't paid a single cent to DDOS him. Can you prove that I DDOSed him? I have told him multiple times that I can take down his website or DDOS him, but I never did. I haven't damaged his sales at all, and he should be held fully accountable. I don't even know how Cracked reached such a low point to be honest. I am getting scammed for 2 months of work. Instead of 8000€, you say he should pay 4000€ and now you say he should pay 800 USD and that I DDOSed him with 0 proof. I am literally telling you I still have access and can down his website at any time without DDOS. So please back your claims if you are going to say I hurt his sales or business because I never did. Maybe I should down his site or actually DDOS it so you guys can see that it's never coming back if I do it? CatProxies have confirmed that he gets DDOSed often by others too and he used to get DDOSed even when I was his developer. The person that DDOSed him literally messaged him asking for money and he has his username and all his data and I am the one getting blamed for it.

If anyone abused the payment plan it was @CatProxies who waited 2 months before telling me he is not paying. If I was abusing the payment plan then he should have fired me months ago instead of continuing to work with me. Seems like this is not obvious enough though... 

This decision was actually sad. So sad that I don't even want to deal with this anymore because I can clearly see the decision was manipulated.

Send the payment directly to me instead of sending it to the developer, because I have already cleared some of his payments. I will clear the rest once you send the payment

Just a quick update. I talked with them and they are refusing to send the payment to me. They say they will send it to Trix directly because that's what you said @Darkness, but as I said, I have already cleared part of the developer payment out of my own money. Please tell them to send the payment directly to me so I can release the rest to the developer since he is working for Paxerr and shouldn't even be involved in this bullshit scheme.

WTF... You are doing me wrong here. Do you think I am going to scam over my own developer's payment? I am getting scammed 7200€ here, and you are acting as if I am the scammer. There is 0 reason to ask for such proof. Trix didn't open the scam report. I did. Trix works for me. The scam report is for Paxerr against CatProxies. It's none of your business who I pay in the first place. If that's how it works, then can I show you proof that my other developers haven't been paid either? This way, CatProxies can pay for all of them. If that's the case, then he doesn't have to send the money directly to me. He can just send the payment to all my developers @Darkness. I can show you the chats with 4 more developers who haven't been paid because of @CatProxies.

You think I shouldn't get involved at all with the payments and Trix should get it directly because he worked on the project? Sure then. I want 0€ from this. But then you should all agree to pay all my developers for the work they did. I think you are all forgetting that I don't just work for my developers pay though. I have to pay for hosting, for referrals, for networking meetings, for ads, for a domain for advertising materials and on top of that, I also have to make profit because my business is not a charity or a fundraiser. Does the 800 USD take that in consideration too if we don't even consider my other devs payment which is way more then what Trix should get paid?

Matter of fact, it's stupid from my side to even accept this 800 USD. I am just accepting it because it seems like you are clearly on their side, even though they are the scammers.

Let's say, for a moment, that I actually tried to abuse the payment plan @Darkness. I abused them the first month. I abused them in the 2nd month. They said nothing even though they were reminded they would get a 3rd and 4th invoice. They said nothing in the 3rd month, knowing they had to pay 4000 EUR monthly. And they said nothing in the 4th month?

I have literally asked them at least 5 times to answer a super simple question: If I abused their payment plan, why didn't they ask to cancel it on the 2nd month but waited for us to do 2 more months of unpaid work?
They still haven't answered this because they don't know what to say. Instead of forcing them to answer this question, which proves they are the ones abusing you are asking me for proof that I will pay my developers...
Tell them to answer this before they send the money. Maybe you end up changing your decision again. 

Also since this scam report reached rock bottom, let me show you an additional screenshot. His partner is literally offering to give me 1500€ just so I can close the scam report. While you, as the admin, have decided on 800? They literally hate me, and they are offering double what you are offering to close the case because they know they are in the wrong.


This is literally what he sent after your message because they think they don't have to pay 1500 anymore and can get away with only 800 USD. 

He is making fun of me and my hard work because you are keeping his side.

If the scam reports are on the scammers side, why is there even a section to open scam reports in the first place? Just delete it, and I can handle it myself and get my money back within 48 hours fully. I can still take my money fully by bringing their site down and asking for ransom, but I am not doing it because I trusted your decision, and this is how I am treated.

Since you yourself said that it's clear I am abusing the monthly model, doesn't that mean you confirm they agreed on a monthly model? Doesn't that mean they are obligated to pay their monthly invoices? If I abused it that means we can give them the favor for 1 month of work and they can only pay 4000€ instead of 8000€. But shouldn't they ask to cancel the next month, knowing they are getting abused? That means that one month is on me and one month should be on them. I am not even asking for 4000€. I am asking for 3750€ because I think that's the only way this is getting sorted. 

I wanted to take the 800 because I noticed how degenerated this scam report became and just get over it because I am super busy with other projects and had no time to deal with this but I refuse to take the 800 USD after reading the last message. Here is what I will do instead of letting them get away with my money like this:

• I demand 3750€ to consider the case closed with them. Either 3750€ or 0€. But if I get paid 0€ they should cover all my expenses during those 2 months, including hosting, ads, developers' payments etc. I also demand you to ask them to answer my questions: IF YOU PAID ALREADY IN FULL, THEN WHY DIDN'T YOU MENTION YOU HAD NO MORE INVOICES TO PAY WHEN I REMINDED YOU 2 MONTHS AGO? WHY DID YOU WAIT 2 MONTHS TO TELL ME THERE IS A MISUNDERSTANDING WITH THE PAYMENT MODEL?
  
• If you think what I am asking for is unfair then I request you to ask me for proof of anything you might need and I will provide it and prove to you that they are in the wrong. Ask me anything you want. We can even hop on a call and I can even share my screen to show you chats in real time so nothing can be manipulated or hidden.
  
• If you think no further proof is needed for the case, then I request you to send a message publicly to explain to all parties involved and other members/guests seeing the scam report why and how the 800 USD is calculated as a fair amount. Can you also prove that I DDOSed them because that's a really serious claim. DDOSing is totally illegal and I am not involved in any illegal activity. Claims like this are what hurt reputation not the things I have said about @CatProxies, which are all true unlike your DDOS claim.
  
• If there is any good reasoning behind your explanation, then I will consider taking less than 3750€ but always more than 1500€ because that's what I was offered by them directly. 
  

I really hope we can find a middle ground here so everyone can consider this closed. I say this because if I am not happy with the decision made who is to tell that I won't actually DDOS or hack them and ask for ransom? If I were blamed for it I would rather do it instead. Who is to tell other friends I have in the community won't DDOS him or hack him even if I don't? If I ever decide to do this, I will buy proxies from catproxies.com to hide my identity, just so I can make fun of them just like they made fun of me. I don't even want to continue with the things that can happen because @CatProxies should already know, and I hope I really hope I don't have to do any of that.

Ohh and here is the stupid proof that I have cleared part of Trix's payment

@CatProxies don't send him any money, because I will still ask for 1500€+ no matter how much money you send him. It will just be considered a donation if you do. You owe the money to Paxerr, not to Paxerr's developers. But you are the reason the developers haven't been paid yet. For your information of of the developers from Bangladesh was on a red area during the war, and the money meant the world to him but I delayed it and risked him and his family because of you.

You banned Trix yourself @Darkness, and trust him more than me which still provides to the community?
