They are enabled now until 31 December. The chances are Snowflake - 3% and Deer 1% (as stated on awards page). Excluded sections are LQ lounge, staff support, feedback and suggestions, bug reports, announcements, MOTM/Q nominations, deal disputes subforums. User can only receive 1 of each awards in that period. if a user has any of those during the last posting period or it was purchased from awards marketplace he can still get them.
