User error, need USA billing, IP, & address. Also websites have strict fraud protection, so if there is a single error with the users cashout it will get declined & flagged. Not at all our fault.

I can't believe that you actually sided with the other dude scam report... he literary got away with free money and you let him do that. 

I don't recommend shops, in reality you can buy it anywhere as long as you have a USA Address, USA IP and the website does not do 3D Mastercard or Visa Check. 

You can see on the screenshot we refunded the OP but since you took the side of the other scammer - I can see that this also be the case.

well I have tried using it with USA vps but it didn't work, I ask you for full refund for the 115 card and 35 card you leaked to the chat @crackedaio
