Since I had been messaging this person for a long time, I created a complaint report on another forum with all my evidence. The administrators got back to me. I sent them additional documents individually.
 Meanwhile, the administrator of the other forum has made a decision. He states that he has reviewed the messages we discussed on this forum.

Their decision is to pay me $216.

This is a damage claim, which deal disputes do not cover.

The seller’s terms do not prohibit actions on the account, such as updating credentials; they only recommend against changes, which is not contractually binding.

The product is a shared account subject to frequent suspicious activity warnings and temporary access restrictions—these are inherent risks in the seller’s business model.

Termination or restricted access is therefore an expected risk.
