My replacements got cancelled its the same thing as getting rebilled so in the conclusion my order did not work so its my right to have my money back.
I have the proof as i told before : right after asking him if he cancelled my order, i went straight away on chat and they told me it got cancelled due to technical issues.
+ No one ever would “cancel replacements for refund” this guy just dont wanna pay me .

Yes, this is not my case, im not that idiot and i repeat that even if i dont have a refunding service, i know that this "cancel replacement for refund" doesnt have any sense.
Im not a random, im the one that used your serive and ended up -120 dollars (scan price) -300 ( your fee for the service that did not work).
Now you say that you refunded everyone ? You told me on telegram that your TOS is saying that you dont care about rebills cuz u dont refund the fee? Haha you're funny.
You wasnt nice enough to offer me free refund, because i asked for it and you said go and do a dispute, you did not offer it, stop trying to act good behaviour because you're not fooling anyone.
You also told me that " act of retardness" ? based on what you say im a retard you good behaviour boy? because my order got cancelled? i could also say you cancelled it but im not moron and i dont wanna acuse you of something you probably did not do.
Just refund my money for the service i did not get.
