I'm dropping this here i'm not only one who is making complaint about your services.

What is this argument?

This user has not bought anything and is not on the server, why are you lying?
I hope the staff will solve it well, because they see how you try to defile us service our customers are very satisfied and still shop :)

I'm pretty sure i'm lying yeah whatever i will be getting my money back at the end.

I can send the combolist to @TGM and he can check it his own combo, i will not be checking it's because it will waste my bandwidth of my proxies which will cost more then $20
