He sold me a QIWI account some time ago. Everything was ok, but after some time about 1-2 weeks he regained the account and all the balance that was there - fortunately only 1500 rubs he transferred to another account.

Then he explained that he got the account from another person, but the contact was broken. I advise not to buy from this man!

Any explanation @QualityService?
