@AKSupport, even if you're not Y2, you were his partner and handled the threads in the forum, so you're directly connected to the service that was sold.
The user paid $168 for lifetime access to the cloud, which was never properly delivered.
 
You now have 48 hours to either:

1. Grant the user access to the new cloud, or
   
2. Issue a full refund of $168.
