Shaggy was great to work with. Consistently provided detailed updates on the status of my order, even when the store was not cooperating. We hit a few snags but Shaggy was reassuring and continued to work hard to get my order completed as quickly as possible. Was able to complete my order in the expected timeframe. hello sir, your order will be completed and in order to make up for the unexpected wait time caused by an inconvenience you'll get an additional discount :) thanks once again for your trust!

15 days later, and over 1+month and no progress or replies. Advertised as instant, promised its going to be done "any day" 4-5 times during a month period. When asked again was offered a refund of my payment, and after that complete silence. 

Requesting 438.5 eur refund or the order completed as promised X amount of times. 

With that said, Im sure they are succesful with other stores, which I why I trusted this would be done smoothly.
