You "offered" give me ESPN accounts which just delivered one, lasted a week max and then contacted you and you just cleared chats and shit all the proof was there and the issue wasn't yesterday, you ignored me for months (could say more than 5?) and pretended nothing happened, why should I want now a ESPN account when at the time I bought it somewhere? lol.

If you read carefully and see when this started (In December) when I got the "upgrade" it was made in my own mail, after the user leaked it (if one or no one saw it) I had to remove it and change basically all mhy info so I don't get doxed. Why on earth I had to keep an account that was useless for me (if the user tell me that returning the account at that time will get my money back I wa sable to do) but the user, as he and the proof stated, ignored me for months, cleared chats and just appeared when I confronted him in another forum... Why should I be liable with this?

Try to consider all that becasue I won't be able to even look for logs at least for ~3 days (which don't even confirm me the data it's there) since I'm with my laptop far away in another state for some personal matters.

How is he able to do a partial refund? Partial can mean even $1. You should say the amount he needs to pay me since if he consider he can send me $1 from the 8 months that shit account wasn't used or even requested by the seller.

Imo he should pay me at least $45 for the 8 months.
