@Darkness I provided customer 1 BoA account, and even in coversation in telegram he said that account was working. I can't provide 2nd account without Order ID (Provide in telegram). Customer did not provided shipping address for the card.

I don't know why you unbanned this user. I uploaded screenshots here. Nothing was even delivered. Kept saying redemption key is incorrect after I click "redeem" from the email.

Idk what are you yaping about if you have problems with redemtion just contact support. We need at least time when you ordered and received item so I can atleast check in the system. Contact @EagleStoreManager

Dude, you did a lot of other things wrong. Not just account not received for one of them. Card wasn't given or delivered to me. Misleading listing. I just want a refund now. Not changes to the order.
