The original poster (OP) initiated this thread on behalf of another user, "notbaba", which is a practice not permitted according to our forum rules. This fact alone invalidates the dispute.

In a group conversation, "notbaba" stated: "No, we are not the same person. I am the one who had this issue with Rainbow and Elation. Tim is my partner and we used his name to open the dispute because I don't have forum accounts and the one I created, Rainbow gave me a -6 reputation." This admission, confirmed by the OP, indicates that the individual claiming to have been scammed did not personally open the dispute.

Moreover, "notbaba" contradicted himself by initially claiming not to have a forum account, but then referring to an account that was negatively impacted by Rainbow. This inconsistency raises questions about the credibility of his claims.
