That's the difference between you and me. You are just on Cracked because you like to trash you competitors sales. It's the only thing you do here, you don't contribute you don't know anyone on the forum and all in all you don't care about this place. All your posts so far have been in the Deal Dispute section. "The goods and products from this proposed store are for educational and promotional use only. They impose reality and are not intended to be used as such. No illegal means are intended." - You claim this, yet your recent "Warzone Undetected Cheats" product is illegal software that you profit from. By no means can you state that they are for "educational and promotional use only" when you are selling said product.

I hope you soon take your own advice on your ToS and the feedback from this dispute to improve your service. I am sure that you are a good person and wish to provide quality service, but even you can see that by being reluctant to comment on the screenshots and my experience that, on this occasion, you are not in the right.

As I said before a refund is not applicable as you have already used the service for the past month nevertheless I'm still waiting for you to provide me with you permanent server invite so I can reboost your server as per our agreement.

Our "agreement" was void ever since you banned me from your server. If it still isn't clear, I have no interest in receiving boosts from your organisation anymore after the service you provided.

You can't just order something then use it for a month and request a refund. This agreement goes both ways and you fail to understand that posting private convos in our public channel is violating that agreement and therefore leaves us no choice but to ban you from our Discord. But out of goodwill I'm still offering to continue your boosts. Frankly it is not my problem if you have decided to switch to someone else. As I already mentioned before you have used the service for a month and we obviously have already spent our stocks on your order. As per our ToS we are forced to refund you in a case where we CAN NOT provide replacements but like I said we CAN offer you a replacement right away. Please don't try to take advantage of our goodwill, remember we haven't started this debacle, you have by posting private convos in a public chat and making multiple bad remarks as well as leaving misleading and hurtful feedback. ( Which directly violates our ToS and technically voids your warranty IMMEDIATELY.

Again, your ToS mentions nothing about sending screenshots of our conversation in #general. You even stating that means that you know that people would see you badly because it is clear that you were in the wrong, deleting it proves that more. If you could provide me a "replacement", why wasn't that done in the beginning before this dispute and before the review was posted? You want to increase revenue and leave people you already took money from because you know they won't pay you again.

Out of "goodwill", you would refund me for what I spent. I already said that you can refund $65 instead, which means that you lose nothing from the transaction. Please stop referring to your ToS continuously, it is poorly made and you aren't even making accurate references either.

It is true what @Pitcher says, I made them public to see whether you would reply there and of course to make other people aware of what you were doing to one of your customers. Doing that would make it more likely that you would reply to my ticket and therefore give me the boosts as purchased. Instead, the response I got was a time-out and later a ban. You cannot possibly think you are doing anything out of "goodwill" currently.

The customer had valid reasons to make your conversations public & leave a negative feedback to you, is not like he just have did it without even trying to contact you. He tried to contact you multiple times and you just refused to it, then he takes action to get heard and you call it 'sales trashing' 'breaking our TOS', totally ridiculous & unprofessional from your side.

Again it shows how desperate you are. Stop commenting in DD that you aren't involved in! @Darkness @Liars Please intervene here.
