WARNING/INFO:

QuantV was recently exposed for having malicious code inside the QuantV.asi and ENBHelper.dll that was causing peoples drives to be wiped. I believe this was found in the August version of QuantV.
I have been using the June version since I posted this without any issues at all. Use at your own risk. More Information can be found on the links below.

QuantV June Update:

Improved water of oceans and lakes with more cristaline look and updated foam
Added raindrops on vehicle wheels
Added raindrops on vehicle windshield (optional preset) 
     · with physics reacting to handling (requires proper dirt UV map setup)
     · no need `vehshare.ytd` textures
     · vehicles with wrong UV map also works, but need at least some UV map setup
Added Fresnel Lens effect with glass refraction
Updated dither of Motion Blur effect for smoother effect while keeping amount of samples (same performance)
lvl4:: ParticleFX: increased density (not intensity) of burnout smoke​​​​
