If I am understanding correctly you have received 1 list prior to this purchase, and on this purchase, you were given a list that contains a significant amount of duplications from the list you had received before. Correct? [Selling Signature Ad Space - DM Me]

From what I understand the buyer has received a trial list for a base.
He liked the results he received when using this trial list. The buyer decided to purchase the complete base from the seller. The buyer after having received the complete base from the seller was not satisfied with the outcome. The buyer desires a full refund from the seller. The buyer argues that due to the trial list from the base he had purchased being present in the base it constitutes grounds for full reimbursement. The fact that the lines from the trial list are present in the base is confirmation of that trial list having been taken from the base you had purchased. Verdict:
