Yes, I agree. It's hard to access the site through a Tor node, and even if hCaptcha is removed, leaving the site vulnerable, reCAPTCHA will secure the site, so I don't see why captchas shouldn't be replaced. Cloudflare, on the other hand, I think does not appear to support reCAPTCHA
