I personally don't see any reason to hide from there , those threads gives much traffic to forum so If we remove it from there it may affect forum traffic those who especially comes for such content,

I agree 100%. Because NSFW pictures in profile and posts make our experience bad.
Please also add some user settings like "Hide NSFW media".
