Sorry for replying. I also have been limited by PayPal and have over 400$ waiting and this only because people either payed with sketchy e-mails or they tried to chargeback. The fact that OP wants the money first in BTC then in PayPal and then changes his mind again and then puts the fault on the Holder does seem a little bit sketchy. Why would you first say something else and then something and change your mind the whole time? Im not taking any side here but if you change your mind the whole time PayPal is one son of a bitch and it will limit the account and that will cause problems for as well as the holder and the one that the holder is money for. If there are agreements made upfront why change your mind the whole  time and cause issues for yourself?

basiclly every time we try to do it he was like "no i cant do it" he told us that he tried contact badfella for btc exchange and that he just didnt answer and thats ofc not true its was for about 3 days and then we asked for paypal to one mail he said that its not possible then we tried few other mails every time he sayed that he cant do it

I never said 2 week u dummy, paypal dosent just returns the money in 2 weeks. u clearly know that I said its been permanently deleted and if its permanently deleted the money is transferred to cc after 180 days. Maybe ask https://cracked.sh/Shouko-Nishimiya cuz he is been thru this. I can show all my payment logs of that 2 week I was the holder of, all were from slice. Its legit not my fault if he says me to transfer back and forth 8 times a day

Lilgamer politely asked me to exchange, I politely said I got shadow ban.
3 days later he dmed me again, and I checked my paypal and the ban was lifted. I exchanged with badfella the exact same day. @BadFella if u would like to help ;)
150$ pp to btc easy exchange, I took my fee out of it and sent the rest to Dicey's (monarchy's owner) btc addy. The easiest holding I have ever done
in Slices case, I was asked to transfer money here and therelike 4 times a day and when u say "Its not ur problem" then u should have thought before saying yes when I asked "Its gonna be 10-% ur fault"

@Leecher @ev3res by not waiting you'll not get your money back. I doubt moxy will/can pay u atm. @MaxxyPaxxy it's a bad situation for you but it's still their money. So you're responsible to provide it to them even when your PP got limited or closed.

Would u not really take into consideration that after the old report he agreed when I said I will pay u after paypal releases the fund after 180 days. And now I dont know why they even come up with a scam report again. Yes, its my responsibility to pay them, but he took 100% responsibility of the last transaction I did in that paypal and he was like 'Yea whatever just do it' I could look into my old pcs harddrive for the screenshots and send here. I remember I took the screenshot when he agreed to getting the money after 180 days. And yea occasionally I take screenshots from dms for safety purposes like this scam report. I got both, of him agreeing to get the money after 180 days and him taking the responsibility of his own money (not even my paypal acc).

Hmm When he actually said he needs the money urgently I thought of continuing my SkyProxy tool to get some money in btc and send it to him (I actually was about to shut down the project). But then he agrees to wait for 180 days, I confirmed it twice or thrice and then I go ahead to release my tool. Now that I dont have any source of income I cant "just" send it to him. His opinion changes lost me that paypal account and now he is using it in the scam report. Lets see, what if my opinion changes and as a "paypal holder" I can deny the funds if the paypal account is banned, would that be accepted?
