One time we were at this party and it was getting pretty bunk so this other group of guys knew of another party that was lit... So I was like okay I'm game lets dip, so I ditched my homies and linked up with this other crew. We all jumped in a cab and headed far to this other party on the other side of the city. The cab bill was getting pretty high and I only had like 40 bucks on me when buddy beside me handed me his phone and on the phone I just see this message "we're ditching this cab when we get there, be ready to run"... So we pull up to the spot and immediately the doors fly open and we're sprinting - I'm not in great shape, but I can run for a while, but this housing complex was like a maze, we ended up getting split up. There were a couple occasions where I came around the corner and found the taxi driving right for me... Next thing I know there are cops all over the place looking for us and taxi's everywhere too. This guy like legit radioed other cabs and they all came and started hunting us down. I wound up alone on the outside of the fence of this housing complex. I had a change of clothes in my bag so I threw on new clothes cause I was exhausted and didn't want to run anymore. I had no idea where I was so I just went back into the residential complex and like walked across it past all the cops and everything. Finally I found my way out to the main drag and realized I was FAR from home... I walked up the street and found a bar went in and spent my last 40 bucks on some drinks there to chill out and then went and begged the bus driver to let me on. It took like two buses too before someone finally let me on... shit was wack, but yeah that's my running from teh cops story lol
