I enjoyed the two 'Haunting of ...' seasons - solid anthology if you're okay with some horror.
Russian Doll was pretty good! Kind of trippy. It's not particularly memorable but enjoyable all the same.
If you want something more light hearted and romantic, Lovesick is outstanding. The characters are likable and relatable. I think I've watched the three seasons about 5 times. It made me laugh and cry in equal measures
