For years, I'm using baking soda and peroxide hydrogen to keep my mouth out of plague and bonus my teeth are white as if I'm Michael Douglas. Only issue was experienced at age 22 in 2018 when I understood that some front teeth are curved. They were not on their places and side were wrong also. But in total only 4 of them. How did it go? I'm not actually that keen on trying those DIY at-home products, I enjoy it a lot more going to the dentist and not risking my teeth's health.
