I can't offer a loan, but can you believe my best friend of 15 years wanted to put a 15% interest on a $60 loan I was going to repay him in two days? And he's not even like, just some bro. I'm talking about a licensed engineer who makes 70k/year for crist sake.

I basically dropped the guy down to my 'deserves zero respect' list.

Well, that's why people should not take loans from strangers. The best way to find money quickly is to take it from a loan company. For example, when I was in the similar situation, I contacted these guys: https://credit-10.com/lv/credit24-kredits/. They gave me money real quick AND with low interest rate. Okay, zero interest rate is better than 2 or 3%, for example, but if people are talking about 0% interest, it is highly likely a scam. That's why borrowing money from licensed sources is the best decision.
