I know either He banned or asked to refund he will Not Gone Refund My money, He's already been banned so if he banned again it's not big deal for him . I Just reported So no other innocent Guy being scammed .

In Video that I provided , You guys can clearly observe the way I talk , I was very polite and gentle from the start , After all that conversation He blocked me saying Will refund 1700 tokens , Now he's saying brainless people . 1. Delivery is confirmed by the buyer himself

Using the product is explicit confirmation of delivery. You cannot use a service and later claim it was “not delivered”. That contradiction alone settles the delivery question.

showing that I promised:

For the record, since you keep repeating this: my previous ban had nothing to do with scamming. It was for leeching, not for fraud. Staff can verify that easily. Presenting it as a “scam ban” is simply false.
At this point, it is clear that the discussion is no longer about the transaction itself. You have already admitted delivery and usage, and you have not provided any proof of a warranty or a promised replacement. Those facts are not in dispute anymore.
What you are doing now is shifting the focus away from the deal and toward account history and rule enforcement, because you are dissatisfied with the outcome of the dispute. That does not change the facts of what was agreed or what was delivered.

What do you even mean by “show proof why I blocked you”? Blocking someone after a deal is finished is not something that requires proof, explanation, or justification. It does not create a scam, a warranty, or a replacement. That question makes no sense and you keep repeating it because you have nothing else.
I have already explained multiple times that my past ban was for leeching, not for scamming. This is a fact and staff can verify it. You keep repeating “scammer” because you know you cannot prove it, so you are hoping noise replaces evidence.
We never agreed to any warranty, refund, or replacement. Not once. You have no screenshots, no messages, no video showing such an agreement. All you have shown is payment, followed by your own admission that you received the account and used the tokens. That confirms delivery and ends the deal.
Right now you have zero proof and a lot of frustration. That’s why you’re not addressing the transaction anymore and are instead trying to get me banned out of anger because you know you are wrong.
Repeating accusations, calling names, or demanding “proof” of things that never existed does not change reality. It only shows that you have no case left.
