You really don't have experience with Cash App, other than just reselling accounts?
Cash App does this all the time when an account gets locked. If I had actually changed the email, Cash App would be sending messages to the new email, not the original one.
And you didn’t even try logging back in with the PIN I provided, because if you had, you’d see that access is still possible.

@Alex, I’d really suggest having him wear the DWC tag. Other than reselling, he clearly lacks even basic knowledge about these accounts and keeps blaming the buyer for everything due to his inexperience.

You acting like you are the admin lol. Let decide the cracked admin .Don't act like oversmart.

You really should get a bit more schooling, it would help you on the customer support side too.
I said “suggest”, which means a proposal or idea for someone to consider. It’s not telling someone what to do or acting on their behalf.
