You keep mentioning a video of a 'broken button.' I have seen it. It proves nothing except that you have a bad internet connection or a browser issue. It does not prove I own the site, received your money, or that the site 'scammed' anyone.
I am not defending a site I am defending my reputation against your incoherent rambling. You bought Credit Cards (which you don't know how to use) on a site that has nothing to do with the Metamask method

After a thorough investigation on this case. We've determined that there was no scam involved:

• The user was able to purchase a card using the funds deposited (Complaining about buttons not working)
  
• In the thread posted by @NoCat this site was recommended but not mandatory.
  
• The funds are still available on the site and the user can purchase other stuff.
  
• The website could be going through some errors, which can be solved with the website support.
  
• The card being dead is not on @NoCat responsability.
  

There is no margin for a refund. Case Closed.
