If any ticket is missed and the user posts in vouches, I handle the issue and then remove the post. That is standard practice, and there has been no complaint from the customer about it.
 
Regarding your case: I’m still waiting for a response from the mods. I removed you from the channels because you are annoying.
 
Once the mods confirm whether the correct action is a $20 refund or fixing the issue, I’ll proceed accordingly.

i will let the mods decide , 34usd paid , 3months usage with no issues
am saying 20refund as mullvad is around 5.5usd/month and am deducting 14usd for 3months
