This is completely unacceptable. You failed to get me the refund even though I paid your fee. We never agreed that I only get a replacement — our deal was clearly that I receive a refund as well.

As you can see here: https://imgur.com/a/KHfuJ7d
You only told me the “method is dead” after I returned the replacement device. You were the one who told me that I would get the refund once I sent the replacement back. I followed your instructions exactly, but Apple refused to refund me.

In the end, I am left with my original phone that I already bought for €1300, and I also paid your fee for NOTHING.

Here is the proof where I followed everything you told me to do: https://imgur.com/a/UKVLZLp
I did everything correctly, and I clearly wanted the refund — but Apple didn’t refund me. So why did I even pay you before you finished your job?

You also wasted three weeks of my time. You reply only every few days. You told me to give Apple your number, but when they called you, you didn’t even pick up. And now you act like you don’t see the new email from Apple that I received: https://imgur.com/a/oVX3g3E

We had good deals together before, but this has been a very disappointing and unprofessional experience

What you mean with the last screenshots?? This hasn’t to do with this order as I wanted to do another order with you but I did cancel it as I see what did happens with this order. Please don’t tell me this should be as proofs ?

I did the work you paid me for. All other services offer refunds = replacements. As a service provider, I am not obligated to help you return the replacement, as we did not agree on this beforehand. I said that Apple was dead for your second order because there were many replacement refusals at that time. I have no way of confirming that you returned the replacement and did everything correctly. For my part, I have confirmed that I did the work you paid me for.

I ask the forum administration to fairly assess the problem.

Bro I pay you before even getting the replacement. Here i did do as you told me send the replacement back for refund because I clearly wanted the refund not the replacement.. https://imgur.com/a/qYCPs9u but the end it didn’t work out and you left me without replying

Here I told you clearly what I want but you were lazy as fuck and not replying https://imgur.com/a/lRWE5Jb

And no you didn’t mean apple is dead for the 2nd order cause you clearly send me after couple days the firm to fill for the 2nd order..

I request to get my money back as I pay him the fee for the refund but and the end I left being sending the replacement to apple but got rejected for the replacement as they wanted also the original phone to give me the refund, I ended up being his fee for nothing and paying 1300€ for the phone.

Please refund me the money back and stop playing tricks in here and I agree to take little fee for your not hard work and shitty support for replying each time after days and long time

@butterflyref as OP showed in the screenshots, you told him to send the replacement and he would get a refund, but then after sending the replacement you told him the method is dead. So the method didn't even work in the first place as OP clearly told you he wanted a refund and not a replacement.

OP is entitled to the refund of the fee. @butterflyref refund him the fee, do so within 24h.

The refund method died, but the return replacement for refund didn't. I can't trace how the customer sent the replacement back, or whether they sent the replacement at all, or just want to return my fee. How can I, or you, verify that the customer is not lying about sending a replacement back? I disagree with the customer's decision to refund the fee. Perhaps partly because before this I didn’t have a TOS where it was stated that I am not responsible for this.
