We’ve been running this bot for a long time and not once has our chat been hit with spam like that. We’ve had beef with other sellers, dealt with real disputes, had people mad about delays, and still no one ever flooded the chat. The only time it happened was right after this little stinky Indian got banned.

He came into the main Telegram chat yapping about how we’re scammers, saying he’s going to get everyone in the chat to open a scam report. He started making up stories about the bot being broken and the balance being stolen just to stir people up. We banned him.

A few minutes later the chat got swarmed with spam bots all repeating the exact same lines he was saying. This has never happened before in all the time we’ve been running this service so the timing says it all. I would have grabbed more screenshots but we were busy clearing the flood. Plenty of people in the chat saw it happen live.

Now he’s here trying to play the victim pretending the bot doesn’t work while real customers are posting vouches and showing profits. He’s still crying about store credit like he doesn’t understand it’s bot balance for cards not a personal wallet.

Nobody is buying his story except the spam bots he sent in.

I have no stake in this, but people posting cashouts doesn't excuse the fact that there ARE often issues, including right now. Where people in chat right now are saying high balance cards are cooked and getting locked or invalid as soon as you buy them. Its important to be transparent, and you're NOT being that right now. You have a history with these prepaid bots doing sketchy shit, and you get off the hook because your cronies in your group chats suck you dry.

You also need to hold your "partners" accountable, especially considering your past with these prepaid bots. Being unavailable days at a time with minimum correspondence makes reflect poorly on YOU

Sonic, I've been using the bot almost every day since June, and today is the only time I've gotten cards that were already dead upon delivery. There's clearly something wrong with bot. Sure, there are live cards in the stock, but let's not ignore the fact that tons of cards are dead as well (honestly, I think there's more dead than live cards at this point but I digress). I think the feedbacks of many customers in your group chat are enough proof. It wasn't like this before until today. I just hope that you acknowledge that this issue is real and communicate with the bot owner.

I’ve been clear from the start, and if you read this thread you’ll see I’ve already acknowledged people have been having issues. I never said the bot is perfect. I’m not the owner or developer, I don’t run the backend or handle the code. My role is strictly promotion. That means I can’t directly change how it works, but I still take what I put my name on seriously, and if problems keep happening I’ll consider cutting ties.

With this user, the situation was simple. He came into the main chat making false claims about balances being stolen, saying he’d get everyone to open scam reports, and threatening to “take us down.” I banned him. I still made a separate Telegram group to sort things out, but instead of cooperating he kept talking trash in the main chat. Right after that, spam bots flooded the chat repeating his same lines. The timing is obvious.

For anyone else having problems with the prepaid, we’ll help within our policies. We’ve resolved plenty of legitimate issues and will keep doing so, but we won’t let someone use the chat to create panic and disrupt the service.

@Darkness there is a random guy commenting on the thread!

So now we’re supposed to believe I sat here, coded up a spam bot army, unleashed it on my own main chat, and risked my own service’s reputation just so I could point at you? You really think I’d tank my own operation for a cheap gotcha on some random guy crying about bot balance?

If you think the bot’s giving out too many dead cards right now, the best move is to stop depositing until it’s sorted out or stop using it completely. Like I’ve said before, I’m not the developer, so I can’t change how the backend works or control the stock directly.

I’ve already told the owner about the problem and he said he’s working on a fix. Until that update is live and the bot is performing reliably again, I recommend holding off on deposits to avoid unnecessary losses.

Why we have random people commenting on this scam report ? @Darkness

Also @Darkness
I do not think it makes sense to have random customers jump in with “I do not have a stake in this but” and then comment on the entire situation.

This thread is for a dispute between me and a specific user. Once it turns into a general discussion about prepaid bots, it stops being a dispute and goes completely off track. I am not here to debate the bot or troubleshoot it. I am here to resolve the matter at hand.

If I wanted to, I could bring in plenty of people to post in my defense, but that would turn this into a numbers game instead of a fair process. The point of a dispute thread is to stick to facts and keep it between the parties involved.

Bro that's what im saying this shit isn't cool
your sitting here and promoting the bot but don't have any ownership of it, you don't control anything with this bot.
But everyone only knows the bot because of you.

"false claims about balances being stolen" no these are real claims not false

Then you keep saying I spammed you with bots, people were complaining before I even said anything again check the screenshots I said.

"You really think I’d tank my own operation for a cheap gotcha on some random guy crying about bot balance?" YES YES YES

@Darkness I don't understand why he's making this report last so fucking long.
First if your bot is not working and sending out dead cards. WHY THE FUCK CAN'T YOU REFUND PEOPLE THEIR BALANCE. That's not fair Im supposed to wait 1-2 weeks for you to fix and hold my money WHAT TYPE  OF BUSINESS IS THIS?
On Top of that I just bought 2 DEAD CARDS worth 200$ why would I wan't to keep using your service. WHY [Image: who.png]
Then to make it worse you offer no refunds for dead cards now? OFCOURSE I DON'T WANT TO FUCKING USE YOUR SERVICE.

ARE YOU A FUCKING IDIOT?

That is not for you to decide and I am not scamming anyone here, we are dealing with ongoing issues that we are addressing, but that does not give you the right or authority to decide whether I should continue running this or not, especially when you have no understanding of the full situation or the effort that goes into keeping everything operational.

For anyone reading this, and especially for the moderators, I want to be clear about the facts, because in all the time I have been running this I have never once had automated spam bots flood the chat, not when there were arguments, not when people were unhappy about something, and not even when there were genuine problems to be worked through; the only time this has ever happened was immediately after this individual decided to start causing trouble, and the timing is so blatantly aligned that it is impossible to ignore.

When this began I went out of my way to create a separate group with the sole purpose of resolving the matter directly with him, and instead of using that opportunity to cooperate or find a solution he chose to spend his time in that group throwing insults, refusing to engage in any constructive way, and then entering the main chat in order to deliberately create panic, disruption, and disorganization, which makes it perfectly clear that his intent from the start was not resolution but sabotage.

Because of the way he has conducted himself, and because he has deliberately chosen to undermine the community while wasting my time and the time of others, there will be no refund, and I am not going to reward someone who has acted in bad faith from the very beginning just to cause problems and draw attention to himself.

You cannot hide behind "I'm just the advertiser" anymore. THIS time when shit PROBABLY does hit the fan AGAIN, YOU need to be held accountable, whatever @Darkness see's fit. You can't keep being associated with these bots > it goes bad > they end up running off with peoples funds > chargeittothegame.haha That's not how services reputable services operate, at least not if you want to advertise on a platform like this.

You're also worried now about other people chiming in on here because that makes it harder for you to control the narrative the way you can easily do in a group chat.

You can't sabotage something that's working as intended with words alone lmao, he brought light to an issue that multiple people were actually having but normally would've gotten clowned on by your dick riders. And get off your high horse with all this "acting in bad faith" stuff as an excuse to not give a refund (you never ever intended to anyway, you're just trying to save face rn). We don't have any sort of moral obligation when interacting with you OR your partners in order to get services as advertised. Operating your "refund policy" based on how pleasant someone is just makes you a scammer.
