I've been trying to cooperate with the seller, but as I've already shown he started to flip out, telling me to suck his cock and that I won't receive a penny. He tried to force me into saying shit about myself just to get my refund.
What is there cooperate with? I'm supposed to bend down and take it up my ass just to get my money back? 

I'm ready to cooperate whenever the seller is. I paid $50 for x2 KYC and he made a mistake. I gave him a chance to correct his mistake within 24 hours. He even responded to this saying he will get it done the next day, but he never did it.
It's all in the chat.

I gave him a fair chance to correct his mistake within 24 hours, he confirmed he will do it but never did, because he never did I then backed out and asked for my refund. Now he's trying to only refund me 50% of what I paid, so that he don't have to pay for his own mistake. He made the mistake, he confirmed he was the one who did it and even then I gave him a fair chance to correct it but he never did so now I'm backing out of the deal.

1. I purchased x2 KYC for $50 and I paid set up for one account.

2. AccountPlug's KYC guy then didn't have his ID and couldn't do the KYC. I then wanted to cancel the deal, because I lost $10 for nothing.

3. AccountPlug offered to pay the $10, to cover the account set up fee's, for me to set up a new account. I accepted it. The $10 he paid me is a compensation from his end, specifically for the account set up fee's. I used those $10 to set up a new account and those are not to be seen as a refund in any way.

4. I set up two new accounts and sent him links together with the names for the persons that should KYC the accounts. After a while he then said that one of the account was done, so I logged in to check but to my surprise the KYC wasn't even started. I asked AccountPlug to verify with the KYC guy that he had actually done it. He confirmed. Later on I logged into the second account and noticed that the KYC process had been started for this account. This means that the wrong guy had KYC'd the wrong account.

5. After a long fight, AccountPlug eventually confirmed that he was the one that made the mistake. He sent the wrong link to the wrong guy.
There is literally zero reasons for me to even continue the deal here. He has confirmed that he did something which we didn't agree to. Ofc I have no obligation to pay for that.
But because I just wanted to get this deal over with, I gave him a fair solution, that the second guy should do KYC on the other account within 24 hours. Even though this would possess a very big risk of the accounts later on getting banned, I was ready to take this risk. AccountPlug confirmed that he would complete it the next day, but the KYC was never completed.
I now no longer have any intention to pursue the deal, considering I haven't received what I paid for, as well as AccountPlug didn't provide the solution that I offered.

I paid $50 to AccountPlug for x2 KYC. I have also paid $10 + $10 + $10 for setting up accounts - $10 of these were compensated by AccountPlug.
I've paid a total of $70 for the accounts, but I'm not holding AccountPlug accountable for the account set up fee's on the new accounts I created that he failed to complete.
I'm only requesting to get my $50 back, that I paid for specifically KYC to be done, which he failed to complete.

I paid $50 for x2 KYC. You didn't provide the KYC service as agreed, not even after I proposed a solution did you provide it. So no, I'm not accepting $25 refund.

@Darkness AccountPlug is clearly not accepting to refund me my $50 that I've paid for his KYC services, even though he failed to deliver the KYC as agreed on.
He keeps offering me $25, but I'm not interested in a solution where I'm losing not only 50% of what I paid to receive nothing, but also +$20 to set up the accounts for these KYC's that he failed to do.

I want my $50 refunded. AccountPlug only accepts to refund $25. This is why the scam report has been opened in the first place. We need a decision from cto staff.
