The product that has already been delivered and the subscription on his account has been paid for a year, he also still has full access to that upgraded account. I offered to give espn accounts in replacements but he doesn't want them. I am not giving a full refund for this.

Most fair thing I think could happened is if he returns the upgraded account and I can give a partial refund.

Most fair thing I think could happened is if he returns the upgraded account and I can give a partial refund.

You "offered" give me ESPN accounts which just delivered one, lasted a week max and then contacted you and you just cleared chats and shit all the proof was there and the issue wasn't yesterday, you ignored me for months (could say more than 5?) and pretended nothing happened, why should I want now a ESPN account when at the time I bought it somewhere? lol.

As @Darkness said, you should refund me within 24h or just take the ban.
