Why I should refund if client asked 0 questions about account and now it doesnt work like he wants

Ok dont remove it, @darkenss i the refund amount isn"t what i paid for the product, ive bought the product for (0.72967051LTC) TXID (32f91753cb0dd3894b23bfbd8c60d50bdbe53a92947efb956fd031670ac708df) and he has refunded (0.67014147LTC) only, i want the whole amount back.
