He should be able to refund me by looking at his btc transactions history sir. My btc address should be listed there.

Like i explained the address in btc history is not correct because the payment goes through Shoppy's own btc addy. So he sent the money to wrong account.

Thats not how it works, shoppy first accepts the btc on their address and then pay out to the vendors address.

So if he sent to that address as you asked him to, then it will be sent to shoppy address. thus you wont get it. 
 @takedownmanost the screenshot of his order id (hide the ip and email used) and the trasnaction id for the refund.

So you are telling me I just gave away $2 BTC to the WRONG ADDRESS?? Look. Stop screwing around with me rongcong. I want to make things clean and easy. You accuse me of scamming (which I am not a scammer) and then degraded my reputation meanwhile you dont even want to cooperate! here is proof of the transaction AND the refund to the address of the order. I think there was a mistake with the accounts so it wasn't fully sent as text. EVEN so, as you can see I tried to send him back his money from his supposed address. You can verify that its the same address as in my order ID

I dont have blockchain. I use localbitcoins and that shouldnt even matter. If i just get the right adress i can send the refund
