The user requested a review of the decision made by darkness. As a one-time exception, I have conducted the review, and here is the decision:

@Yumaru, you advertised Binance accounts with VCC, implying they are Level 3 verified accounts (with address verification). Therefore, you cannot sell the user a Level 2 verified account for the same price you advertised for Level 3 accounts. As I understand it, the term "simple Binance account (used here: https://imgur.com/a/75xrmtF)" should mean that the account can be made with any address and name, not Level 2 accounts.

Hence, refund him within 12 hours.

It is easy to figure out if it is your account or not, @Yumaru record a video showing the details you gave him, meaning the account holder's details at the time of delivery, after that login to the account and record the account info page. Upload the video to streamable and share the link with darkness or liars.

User deleted his chats obviously so that proof can be faked
As per this thread it is written account level 2 not 3 
the account i returned has account level 2 which does not give vcc in binance which raised the whole issue
User has binance account WITH level 2 verification
what does this user want.He wanted his account back he has it

All of this is being done to avoid a refund.Seller is extremely manipulative
Seller has uploaded chat screen with someone else not me
