I'm vouching for this method, it do really works. I managed to cashout 2k + in skins doing the safe option. Note there is risky option where you can get $5k + in skins but you can also end up getting only 400-500 from your 250 investment. With the safe one you will be getting $2k +

Cashing out these skins took me around 40 minutes total.
