I mean, great exercises for upper body would be 

Dips
Pull ups/Chin ups

Though for core, you can just train it by doing 

Stomach vacuum exercises
Planks

For legs 

Squats
Calf raises

If it's too easy, you can do it with one leg and maybe hold somewhere to keep some balance.

I'm myself 95kg, though I would do something like that including with some arm wrestling exercises
