@Akmens I believe @theASocks should not refund you. They had proxies for your country you was looking for. But, you was not happy with the amount. Top of that, you go against their TOS which is 3 days to get refund. It been over 5 days. therefore, I will not make @theASocks to refund you and no scam was taken place. Solved, closed.
