The user paid for your service so that you would provide him with a "Lifetime warranty" and you have denied him your service, for which he changes provider (since he cannot depend on you respecting his lifetime warranty)
You ignore your customer, time-out him on your server, and then proceed to ban him.
And you still have the balls to say that he is threatening you and doing you sales-trashing?
Ridiculous.
The user definitely deserves a refund after all that shitty customer support he have received.
1. Buy lifetime boosts using PayPal Payment method
2. Try to get re-boosted as he have paid for lifetime boosts, but sadly he's not applicable because he have paid with PayPal and he doesn't has an order ID from sellix
3. Get timed-out for 7 days on the service he have bought lifetime boosts
4. Get banned/kicked from their server
After him trying to contact you in different ways, you've been denying him. You're just trying to fix his stuff to avoid getting banned/refund the customer.
Boosthub has always done power-abuse, I even experienced it myself, on their server they made me look bad by giving me a time-out after they requesting me for "proof of my accusations".
You haven't used more than $2.50 USD to boost his server once, so don't talk shit and try to defend yourself saying "We already payed for the stocks needed to boost your server in the first place so a refund is not applicable. But like I said I'd be willing to upkeep the our lifetime agreement."
