Got a replacement but the cards are invalid too, another customer contaced me on telegram with exactly the same experience.
I'm not interested in replacements anymore pleace just refund to my ltc address:

@DataTouch replaced all of my cards and they all ended up working. I don't believe the problem is on DataTouch's side.

What website are you using these cards on?

The Error “Payment revision needed” means that the cards are invalid/without balance.
The problem isn’t on my side as you can see with all the reports against Datatouch and not only one customer who contacted me with the same problem.

Datatouch had enough time to refund me with working cards, I made the purchase on 07/28 contacted the support for the first replacements on 07/30 and until 08/14/22(when I finally got the replacement) i needed to run after Datatouch and his support for the replacement. And then when I got the replace all of them where invalid.
I’m tired of running after him, trying invalid cards, maybe fucking up my account because of that and tired of only getting 1 answer from Datatouch every 24-48 hours.
The support is trash and so is his service.
Because of that I’m not interested in a replace anymore and just want the the value of the invalid cards refunded that’s it.

I bought a 100$ visa card for 50$ and it didn't work I got a refund!
Then they restocked I bought a 50$ visa card for 25$ and again didn't work I asked for a replacement they ended the replacement again didn't work still waiting for a response because the support is slow af!
