This is precisely what I asked him to do. He probably sent the funds to his other accounts because this one is unverified.

No I withdrew the funds to my bank and it said it would take 24 hours to confirm then I can send you the LTC.
You didn't want to wait, opened dispute and now I can't even issue a refund if I could, I tried. I already send video proof to both of you,



Transfer was initiated to bank, because of G&S Paypal automatically holds for 24 hours.
OP did not want to wait and opened dispute while I was sleeping, I can not issue refund on my end.
End result: Paypal is refunding the balance to him.
