You worked in a server I own, You worked for me I'm the one that pays you, I'm the one that brought you customers I'm the one that advertised I'm the one that managed the server, the cashapp, the payments, the bots and so on.
My server is where you met MemePC you wouldn't of known who he was without me or my server, You wouldn't of found a person to sell the method if you weren't in my server
I warned you to not deal with any of MY members in DMs.
I don't want you to work in my server anymore I paid you for every single order you've done
 
When we first spoke I gave you an estimate of how much was one of my workers making and how many members I have on the server and never a fixed income.
 
The worker in this instance has never been given admin perms, I gave him a role that can manage messages & change nicknames that's all are something that he took advantage of and gained the permes by spamming my DMs asking for it and claiming that he needs the perms for the orders but reality showed otherwise, the worker used the perms for his own party.
 
The worker must understand that he must stop coming up with hearsay accusations, he is clearly spreading lies and misinformation with the ASTRO situation and so on:
I was buying ewhoring packs for a friend of mine as he ewhores and that doesn't have to do anything with my inactivity and that's none of the worker's business and the worker must understand that he must stop sticking his nose where it doesn't belong to as it has nothing to do with the main complaint.
 
@Liars I don't like how this lackey is spreading lies without any proof or evidence, I hired him as a worker in my server and he was paid for the orders he did and now he is suffering the consequences of being banned because I don't want him to work in my server anymore as of the action he has done along his time in the server being greedy, rude towards workers and a complete liar.

I tried to solve it privately with the member, but he refused as this scam report exposed him more than he thought. I didn't meet any of the members on your server. They all either contacted me first or asked for my help.

You gave me admin permissions, as the screenshot I provided shows. I didn't take advantage of it in any case. I didn't ban, kick or mute any members. I only gave warnings as you wouldn't care much.

When the server was spammed with gore content, and I contacted you on telegram, your response was "lol". This shows how much you cared.

After seeing that I was taking care of the server more than you, you gave me those perms. So pretty much, you trusted me with the obligations within the server.


Not wanting to solve it privately shows that this indeed exposed you. @Liars The only solution is for him to pay for everything I did for him as he doesn't want to give my roles back.


And no, I never worked for you. Stop being delusional. I'm not your worker.

It's my server I own it and what I do with it is none of the worker's business.

I hired the worker to do chipotle orders not extra work as nobody asked him to do, besides every other worker is doing his orders normally but only this worker was the only one causing trouble and not abiding by the rules.

I have never gave this worker admin perms , the worker spammed my DMs and begged me to get a role that has change nicknames/Manage messages permissions claiming that It's needed for the orders the he was doing in my server.

I would never give someone that I just met admin roles in my server.

The above shown are more than enough to prove that the worker been a complete liar by false stating that the admin role has been given to him which makes the worker's complaint in this instance invalid

Our agreement as a last reminder was on a quota percentage, that the worker tackles every order in the server and afterwards getting paid for the fulfilled service but the worker started being impolite and irritating on a bigger note the worker even began selling behind my back to which lead the worker to be banned from the server not only for it's demeanor but also for his filthy intention exploiting and taking the advantage of my good will and the given responsibilities.

As stated before I am now ending the business with this worker as his cut has been paid so there must be no sequel from now on.

It's your server indeed. I understand that; you don't have to repeat it 10 thousand times. You hired me to do Chipotle; that was one part of the deal in the beginning.

When we were putting our deal in place, the user mentioned that he had hired someone to do a Chipotle panel to reduce our efforts and time, as Chipotle service wasn't updated at all by other staff members. 
Therefore, I agreed to 65% of each order I did. Dan promised that the website would be up and running and even gave an ETA of 2 weeks. The deal took place between 18 and 20 March. Later, we agreed on 70% as the Chipotle panel was nowhere to be seen and I was doing the orders manually.

I asked for an admin role here to set up the server, as he was delaying the server back up to a point the logs I bought were unusable.

I asked for permissions to delete the messages from the members who were spamming gore content and causing disturbance to our customers.

The backup he is talking about is pretty old, and that backup consists of the first or second ban wave. We were banned 4 or 5 times. Later on, he modified the "perms" role to kick, mute, rename users, manage messages, etc.

The role was above other members and below his role. When the server got banned, only me and Dan were banned. This situation proves that I had extra permissions, and the Discord team recognized me as one of the admins.

I literally can point to hundreds of downsides working with him, but I still kept it going as I had created significant interaction with the customers. And this African-American, who doesn't know how a business works, bans me for a stupid reason.

What's even funny is that he mentions above that I ruined his reputation and trustability. This guy is scamming his people and abusing his power with staff. He couldn't do it to me, so he is using this as a reason to have me banned.

It seems like the worker cannot understand the fact that I own the server and it's been like that since the beginning, the worker must understand that other thoughts brought up to the main complaint do not have a place in discussion turning invalid from the moment that the worker deviated from the subject.

The worker was paid to do chipotle/kungfu orders manually using his own logs and no other service aside, till this moment his cut has been fully paid.
The logs expenses, warranty & quality were all on the worker's side as we agreed, the worker was the one buying them and that's he was offered a high percentage in the first place

The worker keeps bringing up different reasons towards every response of mine which to not have bound to the main filed complaint. The worker must remember that the only reason the opened this report is that he got banned and that's something I have every right to do from the moment the worker's cut was paid and due to the bad intentions against my business I decided not to proceed the work with this worker anymore. When the worker agreed to work on my server he never knew there was gonna be a website in the first place, the worker agreed to work and do the orders manually and the website was a contribution and a favor on my part to make orders easy for the workers and this doesn't have anything to do with the complaint in the first place.

The worker has opened a scam report because he got fired and the worker knows very well the reasons as all of the actions against me lead to the decision of not dealing with the worker anymore from the moment his cut was paid meaning that the filed complaint against me drops.

The worker was hired to do chipotle/kungfu orders in my server that was the only agreement we had, the worker must understand that the filed complaint has no place anymore in this instance.

The worker begged for the permissions to change nicknames/manage messages as the worker claimed that he needed the role to change the nickname of the customers and manage the messages for the chipotle channel, permissions which were given and must underline the fact that the given permissions never had kick/ban option.

Even if the worker had the admin role which is a complete lie I would never agree to anything else other than the chipotle/kungfu orders that the worker was doing as requested.

I dare the worker to bring a screenshot of evidence that shows me agreeing to anything else than what was already requested in the first deal.

I'll even invite @Liars to my server and let him see the audit log, all of the backups himself I can back up what I'm saying unlike the worker in this instance.

I would never dox nor harm a c.io member as I won't lower down my reputation to the one of a labor rat as my ex-worker in here did, I've been here for more than 2 years, and I never had any intention to search about the personal information of a not a single member or worker that used to work in my server but only improve and gain more respect around the community.

Since you mentioned our other agreements here, I will say the breaches here.

We agreed on 65%, Dan was going to provide logs, and the website wasn't a contribution but an addition to the service to improve the service speed.

If you got some brains, this is a fair deal. But Dan never made the website in the first place as he keeps bringing up excuses, and he stopped supplying his staff with logs.
To work for 65% again, buying your logs and doing all the orders manually, you must be too naive to think this is a fair situation between him and me.

I have provided proof, and I spent some excellent hours digging in screenshots. It clearly shows that you brought the website up the midway deal, which convinced me even further to work with you and accept 65%.

I stopped providing logs and the worker agreed with it and never complained as the worker was making more income buying his own logs. 
There's 2 ways for B4U servers to work the first way being the owner who provides the logs to the workers and the second is the workers who get their own logs and when I offered the worker the second deal he was fine with it otherwise the worker would've stopped working or mentioned it in my DMs which in this case never happened and continue to work.

The website was a favor that i was doing for every chipotle worker, the worker in this instance agreed to do the orders manually and that's how B4U works in the first place and you were given a 65% cut then a 70% cut as we agreed afterwards.

If the worker was not happy with the cut he was given why did he agree to it , right?

Once again I never trusted the worker with admin permissions nor gave them to him. The worker begged me and lied to get the role claiming he needs it for orders, so as requested he was give a role with manage nickname/messages perms to ease up the worker's job in proceeding the orders.

I don't see any reason from the worker to get dignity offended since the worker spread it himself with filth from the moment the worker decided to act like a labor rat and exploit my business, the worker got banned from my server because he was trying to sell behind my back to a client that he met in my server, action that the worker knew very well it is forbidden as it was mentioned several times in the staff chat to not do and hence that the worker got banned for the first time. An other worker finding in the same situation as the one that filed the report against me sufferd the same consequences in the moment he was caught exploiting. 

What the complainant worker is saying is completely different from his initial post, the worker stated that he got banned for trying to sell my business method and now the worker is stating otherwise that he got banned for opening a scam report which doesn't support his report at this point anymore.

The only one that is finding reasons to benefit from the situation with the cause is the worker and that can be clearly be seen as the worker keeps bringing up hearsay accusations which are completely false.

To end it once and for all i want to let know that the worker with the complaint must not care how I manage my server and when I restore it as long as the worker has been paid for his services he must not be involved no more.
The ex-worker in this instance must understand that he must stop bringing false accusations and end the discussion as our actions have taken different paths as the worker himself did it with his own hand by the many bad intention towards the business.

The ex-worker must understand that I as a owner of the server can decide if rather the staff I work with remains or disappears and those decisions mentioned before can be applied as long as the workers services were paid which in this instance happened with this worker so I do not see any point in continuing this report anymore.

This worker keeps spreading lies and the only person that it's full of greed is the worker himself proven when the worker saw that i started selling a mentorship and tried hard to get it for free then ranting about it.

The worker is forcing his note here trying so desperately to get a compensation which it doesn't have it's place as the brought up accusations are and they always been false, an ungrateful labor rat like this worker does not deserve it, the worker is just keeping on making up lies and inventions just to get the $200 compensation.

Must bring to attention the strong fact that I'm not faking anything nor forging any screenshots as I would gladly give Liars all access to my backups, servers, even my discord token just to show him how much of a scumbag and irritating mole this worker is.

I am done responding to this worker's pointless accusations, lies and delusional claims, the worker has been paid and now he's fired.
As stated before I am now ending the business with this worked as his cut has been paid so there must be no sequel from now on.

I got termed several times and the worker is trying to use that against me with making up lies that he can not back up. 
The worker would've never opened his mouth if I had my old accounts where he was begging for money and roles even more that the deal we already agreed on, the worker is just taking the advantage and trying to benefit from the report.
