edit: not working for me, after combo window pops and doesnt matter it closes with errors after 2 seconds

people really need to start posting basic usage instructions.

What format does the user/pw need to be?

i keep getting error and it keeps counting up and up an up on the title quicker than seconds, it was at 5000+ Errors and progress is 0/271.  

i checked my proxy and it's good.  so i'm not sure what it is that's causing these errors.
