@Liars Hey, why I should provide him a refund that’s literally him and one other guy that were complaining cuz I can’t argue we did had one bad batch, but we already said that we changed our stuff and are getting a new batch with 100% better and guaranteed to be really good quality and he still keeps crying, by our T.O.S we do not do refunds all we do is just replaces till the customer profits basically until the customer is satisfied and no one is complaining only this guy is just super impatient and mad on us while he can just sit and wait, and get a good batch.



@Liars lmk how we should proceed with a refund or a replace, since that guy already broke our T.O.S multiple times and I don’t know why he should win again.
