I used this to get a refund for Cyberpunk 20Shitty, Basically you have to claim the refund for steam games you bought OUTSIDE OF STEAM. ENJOY :)

half my steam library has been refunded this way :) this can only be used 1-48hrs of your purchase, just edit the date to the date, change the username to yours, change the game name to the one you bought and voilla youll get a refund or a steam store code or a steam coupon(usually $100-300), sometimes the coupon is region locked ,username locked or game type locked.
