A refund??
The account was delivered as promised, + the OP had two days to test the account and let me know about any issues.
The account could've been limited due to many factors such as inappropriate use, device, IP, etc., which is not my fault.
You have approximately 10 hours remaining.
He's not letting me access the email I provided with the account, so I can check if he's telling the truth (that the account was locked before he logged in), but he won't let me, claiming he uses it for many things as his "personal" email.
Your decision was made on a simple word against word, and you still favored his side. So all I'm asking for is a further investigation of this claim. If he doesn't let me access the email and the account, I believe that he's hiding something.

Quote:since you thought the error "unable to sign in on this device" was an account issue
Quote:Even when we don't look at the warranty, there are too many reasons why it could've happened (IP, mac address, wrong use, etc.), and that's why we only provide a 2-day warraanty.
In the above quotes, you state that this error is unrelated to the account, and provide an array of possibilities.

Here it would seem you are backpedaling on the aforementioned statement, and also notably including an appendage to the array of possibilities that were not there previously. This new addition to the array is the device.
Either way, you have gone as far as to post a screenshot in which a locked account is being depicted and implying it was to have been delivered to the customer.
You have approximately 9 hours remaining, this is the last reminder.

Once again it seems like you don’t care enough to even check if the OP is telling the truth. I said it could be because of his device, IP, etc., but then he said it was limited even BEFORE he had logged in, which he agreed on me checking it, but won’t let me access the email?
