Supreme i have very rare diseases which make my life upset.

Disease is called Hyperhidrosis , it mean excessive sweating of any part of body abnormally, and my part affect are hand and feet , my hand sweat like hell drop like water drop...dont why God only choose me , i am having this issue since childhood ...in my family nobody has any this type of issue , don't know why i get it...i cannot play games , nor able to use laptop nor able to shake hands...when it sweat always embracing me ..there is one permanent treatment is to have surgery mean cut the never which send message to sweat gland to stop sweating...and it been 2022 none of doctor able to find out why this happened , only few treatment which can stop it is drug type medicine which can block nerve can cannot be taken regularly.. i just share here , because if i share this in public people gonna laugh on me and make fun.

i wont choose surgery but i bought i iontophories machine cost me around 150$ , i do that weekly treatment , than 1 month complete relief to my hands , even more than month it work amazing , i have to put some water and put my both hand in water than take small amount of current 10 min positive 10 min negative , science cannot find the real reason but it work it deactivate sweat glands and 80% dry hand...its only a sensation type ..it really help but need to maintain my schedule , it temporary but 99% effective.
