What about not unban to the scammer that scam people? If found guilty.. and banning that person IP if he is not using VPN, not unban scammers no matter what amount they pay or refund?

Scammers shouldn't be getting 2nd chance at all... scammer will never quit scamming

yeah but users all they do is in a scam report its clear they are scamming what they just refund and carry on selling when its like there tenth time? no they should have permenant dwc or just ban them
