Can I use proxies from cracked.to for personal use?

Can I connect to them manually through proxy settings on my computer, or will it not work? Or will smth else happen

When I try connecting nothing works, I tried using a proxy checker and making sure the proxies work fine which they did, but when I connect to them manually no pages will load on my browser

not very recommanded since they are accessable by everyone

I just want it to be able to work though, I wont be on the proxies for long at all
