I dont think u are getting even a warrant for silent mining, i would say LEA is only interested in banking malware and ransomware , i've silent mined a lot with poor opsec cause again i doubt LEA would care about a guy silent mining some gaming pcs trough youtube :S , and never got into trouble of any kind
